The Palma Resort is owned by the danish egyptian company for touristic developments and offers a generous terrain with a exclusive residential neighbourhood of seven villas, two delicate apartment buildings with heated swimming pools, a beach cafeteria and private beach. We start now with phase II of our project and we develop a 200 unit mainbuilding with studio and apartment flats between 45 and 290 sqm.
After the phenomenal success of Palma Resort Phase I, we go to produce an even more impressive Phase II with elevators to each 5* apartments. The penthouse apartments enjoy private roof top terraces.

Here are the first pictures of our main building Phase II. We have already start with it and we will finish it in summer 2009. The main building provides full furnished high standard studio and apartment flats from 45 sqm to 300 sqm.

The new main building (Phase 2 / 300 apartments) is now underway and will be completed within the following months, although the main resort office and reception is now completed. In this building you will find an assortment of facilities and attractive services to make your life easier.
