Financial Plan
GBP 1000 reservation
30% down payment with contract
70% in 2 years installments, eight equal quarterly (every 3 months) installments with the first installment due after three months from date of contract exchange
Maintenance fee: GBP 500 for apartments and GBP 1000 for villas.
Delivery Date: Unit is to be delivered after 2 years from date of contract exchange & after the full balance & first maintenance fee has been settled.
Early delivery is possible if unit is finished before two years through settling the remaining balance & first maintenance fee.

Purchasing Process
1. Initial Blocking – Unit maybe initially blocked upon an email request from the agent before moving to the reservation form stage
(Point no.2) , this blocking will be cancelled automatically & without prior notification after 96 hours in case a reservation form & deposit have not been submitted (Point no.2).
This blocking is not valid unless confirmed by our sales department by email.
2. Reservation Form Stage – Fully completed reservation form & copy of passport, with a confirmation from your side that client has deposited at least 1,000 euro or 1,000 GBP with you.
3. Contract step (a) - After receiving all documents in (Point no.2), we will fill in a contract, but not stamped or signed from our side, and send it to the client or you.
4. Contract step (b) - Client signs contract & sends it back to us with the transfer proof of 30% of total price of unit, this should take maximum 3 weeks from step (a) in order to keep the reservation otherwise the unit will be released automatically without prior notification.
5. Contract step (c) – After receiving the signed contract & 30% down payment proof, we will sign & stamp the contract & send it back to client or you.
